The Robert B. Pecci Scholarship will grant two $1500 scholarships to local students pursuing college degrees in a musical field of study. This may include Music Education, Music Performance, Music Composition, Music Theory, Music History, Music Therapy, or another area of music.
Recipients must be natives of Oneida, Herkimer, or Madison County, but may be attending college anywhere.

The winner will be notified by July 1, 2025, and publicly announced at the
B Sharp Summer Concert at Grace Episcopal Church in Utica on Monday, July 7, 2025 @ 6:00 PM.
This Google form application will ask for the following items, so please be sure to prepare the steps below before beginning the application.
1. Obtain the permission and the contact information (email and phone) of a music teacher or another arts-related professional who is wiling to be contacted on your behalf as a reference
2. Write a brief (400 words or less) written response about your future musical plans that you can copy into this application.
3. Attach a copy of your current college transcript, or a high school transcript if you haven't begun college yet.
4. Music Performance or Music Educations majors must record a 3-5 minute performance video of your choice of classical repertoire. You may record 1 entire piece, an excerpt from a large work, or a set of short pieces. Do not exceed 5 total minutes of music. You may upload the video to YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any other cloud service of your choice and provide the link in this application.
5. Students pursuing Music Composition, Theory, or History, you may attach other items to support your application, though you are not required to do so.
